Love this palatte, very pigmented

beautiful palette!

It's such a beautiful color story. I loved the names given to the eyeshadows they are on point! The shimmers are so soft, I love them
One eyeshadow came broken but it's ok, I'll try to fix it.

I don't often review but I really had to after loving my last two purchases with this brand.

This is one of the first palettes I ordered with a few others to try Ace Beaute for the first time, and I was blown away!!
I am now savagely collecting all palettes from them because I LOVE the formula.

(Unsolicited) Tips for blending --> start with your mid-tone or lighter shadow in the crease and then add the darker shades little by little making sure to tap off your brush and the formula will SLAY. Some pigments are notoriously difficult (navy & dark blue pigment in general, same with purples which are notorious) so try some layering, but always remembering to tap off to stop fall-out!
For the shimmers I have older, creasy & deep-set eyes, so I always have to use glitter glue or any primer on top of my shadow, and the shimmers just POP. I think setting spray can work too on the brush (just to really make them shimmers sing).
In terms of longevity on the eyes, with primers my looks last at work all day with minor creasing from the shimmers but that is due to my saggy-ass skin :) Nothing a little top up can't fix tho!
I can't really talk to the formula with time since I am relatively new to the brand, but I have used a large range of formulas, and Ace sits up there with my faves (like Blend Bunny).
And finally, for me it's the price point for the quality, gorgeous package design, and the to-die-for colour stories (as well as lots of amazing sales).

TL/DR: Just get it ;)

Absolutely stunning color story that I’ve been dying to get, but unfortunately there is a lack in performance. Maybe Ace Beaute is changing their formula and that’s why these were on sale, but I don’t find them pigmented which is really disappointing when using colorful shades. Nice tones can blend in but having a weird wash of olive green just makes me look sickly in a color that usually makes my eyes pop. I tried multiple primers too, powdery and patchy shades. Still trying to make them work but it’s pretty disappointing when I reach for my colorful profusion palettes over this.
